今大切な、創造的思考

日本ではバブル崩壊により経済的に大きく落ち込んだ後、金融の健全化から始まり、数字的なプロポーションが良く投資家にも解りやすい、アメリカ式の明快な経済システムに移行してきた。ここをしっかり押さえないと企業は存続できないと、大企業の上層部の方がいっていた。
しかし、創造／情報／知的社会に移行している状況を考えると、それだけではなく、日本的なものとは何なのかをもう一度考え、人間的なシステムに根ざした働き方を目指すべきだと思う。
Creative way of thinking
After the collapse of Japan's "bubble" economy, the society is moving more into creative, intellectual and information. Now it is time to re-think about what is Japan and re-think the way of working upon human centered system. It is gonna be more important to outsource creative works to young creative people.
